Optalysys reserves the right to disclose, share and/or otherwise transfer user information, including without limitation PII, in connection with a corporate merger, acquisition, consolidation, the sale of substantially all of its assets, or other fundamental corporate change, whatever form it may take.

Transfer of Site

Without in any way limiting the rights Optalysys has reserved above in the event of a “Corporate Change”, Optalysys shall be entitled to transfer information it collects, including without limitation PII, to any third party that assumes, acquires or is otherwise authorised to take control over this website or apps, provided such third party has agreed to use your PII in accordance with protections that in all material respects are the same as or more protective than those set out in this Privacy Policy.

Optalysys Data collection

Any information that is collected may be passed to third parties as deemed necessary for review and information purposes by Optalysys.  Such information will only be used to show and demonstrate trends. By registering you agree to Optalysys using your information and passing this information on to third parties for monitoring purposes.

Optalysys will at its discretion notify you of general information / news which Optalysys considers may be of interest to users of the Optalysys website ad products. By submitting your contact details to Optalysys, you consent to information being pushed to you.

Optalysys will not notify you if information is deleted, however it may chose to do at Optalysys’s sole discretion.

Our Commitment to Data Security

Optalysys uses reasonable and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. Using unsecured wifi or other unprotected networks is not recommended.  We cannot, however where you use such unprotected networks ensure or warrant the security of the Optalysys website and you do so at your own risk.

If Optalysys learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Optalysys may post a notice on the Optalysys website if a security breach occurs; Optalysys however is not obliged to do so.

Additional information

At times Optalysys may delete information where we become aware that it is inaccurate or we have received a complaint about the use of the information provided to you or your use of the Optalysys website or products. Optalysys will not notify you in this instance.
