Product

The Product Manager will manage the product development process. You will gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Collaborating with clients, partners, industry experts and internal teams to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements, identifying product gaps/ opportunities and working with our innovations team to generate new ideas that delight our customers & partners.
  • Define the product strategy & vision, 
  • Translate product strategy into features and work with our innovation team to develop prototypes. 
  • Develop & champion the product roadmap(s) with customer focused & prioritised feature sets, working with engineering & marketing to deliver on the roadmap.
  • Drive product launches working closely with marketing & deployment teams ensuring positioning is inline with the product strategy and promotional plans are consistent with the messaging. 
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and drive adoption of this novel technology both with customers, partners and the wider industry. 
  • Work with engineering to managing the product backlog and prioritising them based on changing requirements
  • Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
  • Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
  • Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
  • Participating in scrum meetings and product sprints.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years experience in a similar data role
  • Cyber technology knowledge with strong capabilities across Cloud, hardware & cryptography required.
  • Technically strong, with recent hands-on experience
  • Demonstrable experience of the full product development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrable experience of product launch and product end of life.
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture
  • Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
  • Ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of user-centred design principles
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to work with large teams
  • Understanding of design quality standards
